7 ways to stay calm in this stressful life or stay calm in stressful situation,

A Level Up To Be Calm

Want to get out of stress, Want to have a calm life, Want to have a peaceful family time , and not wasting with office stress . 
I think  the journey starts with you itself, try this out and any problem just comment me so that I can add on some innovative ideas 
If you'd like to reduce stress and become calm and cool, put the following 8 steps into practice to be more patient.
NOTE:- such things could be tried in any situations any place and may differ to person to person





1.  Let go. ...



   

Title itself clearly state that over thinking the problem  will always decrease your level of solving the problem, and which could have impact to your rest of life. Let your life move with its own speed.

2.  Breathe. 



Problems are never ending process, you will face it in different phases. when ever next time you face any problem you need to hold your mind and have a breath. Certain time your one breathe can change your mind set to right direction. It is psychologically prove that instant action are more disastrous and holding your breath always lead u to positive side

3.  Loosen up. ...



When ever your are tensed or angry notice the area where you are stretched, i.e just notice your neck or any part of your body. solution is just give it a gentle massage to that portion your  45% of work is done.

4.  Chewing gums. ...



Leaving out of stress yourself can be dangerous, Have a bobble gum!! Chewing a bobble gum will not only taste your mouth but lesser your stress. Trust it problem solving will be easy.

5.  Have a  journey. ...




Just go for  walk, if possible manage yourself to have a small picnic or a tour. make with with your dearest friends or with family. enjoy your self and decrease ur stress

6.  Look at the goal. ...



               
    If you have  goal you will never find a easy way. difficult ways dont loose your fath on goal, got stressed! Don't panic just look on your goal have fath regain your mind set, BINGO


7.  Practice yoga every day.





It is proved that precticing yoga will lead to have a calm and sharp mind. stress may lead you panic stage but if you prectice yoga will make u calm in any situation
